Keeping healthy is important for our general happiness and wellbeing. There are so many ways to take care of our health and so we always want to have things happening that you can join. It’s not all serious though. You can have fun socialising with others as you get fit with us.
It’s about mind and body. We’ve had plenty going on from workouts to more gentle activities that people have really enjoyed, including:
- guided nature walks (local and further afield)
- helping us create and develop our community garden
- growing fruit, vegetables and herbs (and learning how to cook great meals with them too)
- coming along, community meals to socialise and meet new people
